Common Questions

Are integrations included in all plans?

Yes. All 6 native integrations are included in your plan at no extra charge. The Professional and Wholesale plans also include API access for custom integrations.

Do I need technical knowledge to set them up?

No. Our onboarding team handles all integration setup during your first session. You just need login access to your connected accounts (QuickBooks, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).

How often does QuickBooks sync?

QuickBooks Online syncs in real time on Professional and Wholesale plans. QuickBooks Desktop syncs on a scheduled interval (default: every 15 minutes) via the connector app.

What if I need an integration not on this list?

The Professional plan includes API access so you can build custom integrations. Wholesale customers get a dedicated account manager who can spec and build custom integrations for you. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
